Second Floor : 4 bedrooms (front one 12 x 16', with mantle), full bath, hall closet. Back bedroom has a greenhouse window, and extra large closet with sliding mirror doors.

Third Floor : was an apartment at one time; still has water and gas pipe connections. Presently has 3 bedrooms.

ALL interior doors are original, refinished natural wood. Original wood molding throughout. Partially restored with ceiling medallions,

COMIC BOOKS

ALL are NEW, each in a plastic bag, in MINT condition. Some issues are still in the SEALED bag they came in, and have a trading card or other special thingy inside, indestructible Tyvek cover, die-cut form, etc..

Please refer to my complete DATABASE of what I have stored; it is on two pages. There are 2,427 individual comics catalogued. Many issues have more than one copy.
